"Chapter 11-9-15 of the General Law, entitled "Tattooing of Minors", prohibits
the Tattooing of minors (persons under the age of 18) in this state" We are
aware there are "shops" that do it, BUT WE ARE NOT ONE OF THEM! -So please stop
trying to get us to Tattoo your underage son/daughter. Thank you.
Minors wanting a Body Piercing must bring their Parent or Guardian (not a
friend/sibling) with them. You will ALSO need to bring in a birth certificate
and some sort of ID. A school ID is acceptable.
